  1. Every night before bed, I meditate in darkness/dim light with eyes closed 1 hour right before jumping into the bed. I have incorporated this in my nightly routine, and I do it a bit in the beginning of the meditation, and the ending of the meditation. It helps enter the meditate state faster. Also, when I do it in the ending of meditation, it feels very profound and effective. Also falling asleep faster, which i a surprise to me that it is working. Thank you for this!
